As the Indian Premiere League season kicks off today with Kolkata Knight Riders playing the Chennai Super Kings, expect King Khan to come up with some surprise.
Sources close to the Khan have it that SRK may get Kareena to attend all the matches where his IPL team KKR plays. "Kareena is the female lead in Ra.One and the actor wants to club the promotion of his film with IPL," said a source.
SRK had promoted his film during the recently concluded World Cup by buying an advertisement spot and he plans to garner attention for Ra.One through IPL too. A source revealed, "Kareena will soon join the Delhi schedule of Agent Vinod, but she has been asked by SRK to try to make it to the KKR matches."
Interestingly, Kareena Kapoor along with beau Saif Ali Khan and Anil Kapoor had supported Mumbai Indians during the 2008 IPL around the release of their film Tashan. Only the coming matches will tell if Kareena does it for good friend and Ra.One co-star Shah Rukh.
