Aamir Khan seems to be inspired by his director wife Kiran Rao. The actor enjoyed shooting in real locations for her directorial venture Dhobi Ghat and has requested Reema Kagti - the director of his next, to do the same.
After shooting at Lower Parel station, the director shot at Western Railway's Charni Road station in South Mumbai. According to a unit hand the shoot happened on Sunday evening.
"Camera was placed on a bridge close to the station. Due to the help of a huge crane it was easier to shoot the station portions. It was a chase sequence where Aamir Khan, who plays a cop in the film, was following a criminal," said a unit hand.
The crew did not reveal about the shoot to the inquisitive commuters who were hovering around. Aamir suddenly came out of his vanity van when the cameras were in place and did the shoot in flat 2 takes. He vanished immediately after that and the shoot was wrapped up.
It can be recalled that earlier the actor shot at Sarvoday hospital in Ghatkopar.
